When you book your Loring or Varsity Theater event, you are guided through every step of the planning process by our outstanding team of passionate event professionals.
From the moment you reserve an event date at the Loring or the Varsity Theater, your Sales Agent will be your principal point of contact. Your Sales Agent will help you develop an event timeline, create the perfect menu for your guests and ensure that no details are missed!
Approx. 4-6 weeks from your event date, your Sales Agent will introduce you to your Event Captain. Your Event Captain will be onsite the day of your event to ensure that every aspect of the venue setup is complete, and that your food and beverage service is perfectly executed!
